(1/5) They are not authorized to trade properties. We found out when we were going to sell. They are frauds. They took the money and didn't do the work. Don't fall into this type of malpractice. They treated us like fools.

(1/5) Quadrans took 6 years to get my title. I was given a title, but it was not the final copy. The fideicomiso was still in the previous owners name, land transfer tax was not paid, and I only found out when I went to sell. I lost the sale but eventually did get all my paperwork. It was very expensive and I do not recommend using them.
